No need for food because these Spanish Club members "ate" with their decorations of "Papel Picado."🇲🇽🌵
"Ate," in colloquial terms, is used as a positive expression, which means they did a good job.

6th grade has been working so hard the past couple of weeks learning about equivalent ratios. This week they were able to use their ratio skills to scale recipes down to 1 serving and up to 20 servings. We, of course, celebrated by eating some yummy recipes!

Last week in preschool, our STEAM activity focused on introducing coding. We used Froggy to introduce early coding skills. The kids loved this activity, and so did we!

In Preschool we have been working on compound words!

This week we are studying about pets. Today Fanny Frog left a special delivery to the class with carrots. Our class pet Donatello was fed the carrots. He is a hairless guinea pig.

Tuckerman High School was well represented at the Arkansas District II FBLA Fall Leadership Conference this morning! The students got to hear a great message from Miss Arkansas, our chapter officers were officially installed, and Kade Keton announced our chapter during the annual Parade of Presidents. It was a fun day with a great group of students!

Mark your calendars for Monday, October 7th! We'll host College Night at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria. Meet college recruiters & receive valuable information about admissions requirements and financial aid.

The Lady Bulldogs finished 4th today in the 2A state golf tournament. Taryn Sink was the overall individual medalist with a score of 80. Great showing by the team. Awesome job as well for Emily Gates and Karlee Penix to cap off their first season playing golf. Taryn advances to play the best golfers from all classifications in the overall tournament on October 17. Go Bulldogs!!!

We got a lot of produce today that will not hold until food pantry distribution on Wednesday. We have mixed salad, spinach, tomatoes & broccoli florets. If you want any, it is in the parking lot beside the Agri Building and across from the Auditorium, the normal area for the food pantry distribution. ANYONE is welcome to it, first come first serve. Come and get it!
Kindergarten students have been working hard to recognize all capital and lowercase letters. These students have mastered that skill! We are so proud of them and their picture will be placed on the Letter Wall of Fame at school!

Congratulations to these 5th grade students for becoming 100% fluent on their multiplications facts from 1-10.
