The Tuckerman Cross Country team hosted the 1 A and 2 A conference meet on Monday, October 28th. The Jr Girls won the team event, and had Alyssa Cox (3rd), Kinsley Wheeler (4th), Lexi Loftin (7th), Macy Bowen(8th), Kaylynn Chitty (9th), and McKenzie McClendon (10th) as medalists. The Jr Boys had a strong showing, barely missing winning the team championship. Avery Brunner won the race, followed by Carson Furst (5th), Davion Hargrave (8th), Kyler Smith (10th). In the Sr girls race, August Huckabee placed 3rd, followed by Emeri Baughn in 4th, Aalyeah Cox in 6th, and Eve Jones in 8th. For the Sr boys, Brian Hurst placed 9th and Andrew Chapman placed 10th. The bulldogs will compete in the state meet on Friday, November 8th at Oaklawn in Hot Springs.
