Congratulations to our sr high softball team for clinching the conference title today with their doubleheader sweep of Mammoth Spring. They move to 19-4 overall and 9-0 in conference.

The baseball team won the “Battle for the Bone” against Newport on Friday night. Andrew King picked up the win by striking out 10 over 5 and 2/3 innings. Bronx Holland picked up the save by getting the final 4 outs. Holland also scored 2 runs on offense. Caden Templeton had 1 hit and 1 RBI. We return to action Monday afternoon against conference foe Mammoth Spring for a double header and senior night.

This week was all about arachnids ando worms! In literacy, we practiced breaking words down into their sounds. In math, we found how shoes Mr Spider was missing using manipulatives to find the difference. The highlight? Our fun and creative spider hats!
