The Jackson County School Distriict will pivot to virtual learning/AMI due to COVID related issues, January 12th thru January 17th. Teachers will be available via email, from 9:00 am thru 2:00 pm daily.
The JCSD campuses will reopen on Tuesday, January 18th, for onsite learning.

The Sr. Boys had a great showing at the Kell Classic. Lost to the Kell Classic Champions, Rector Cougars by 1 point in the Semifinals while leading the entire game. This team has the heart and fight to compete with the best teams in 2A. Thank you Tuckerman fans for showing up and making it a State Tournament like atmosphere for those guys to play in. Congratulations to seniors David Platt and Carson Miller for making the Kell Classic All Tournament team. Bulldogs are back to conference play tomorrow at Cedar Ridge!
7th Boys and Jr. Boys pick up wins Saturday against Harrisburg. Both teams are continuing to play well!
Tuckerman Bulldogs Jr. and Sr. High both take 2nd in the Regional Tournament. Cole Rogers was the Jr. High MVP with 5 wins and no losses! Sr. High advances to State!
Tuckerman Jr. and Sr. High Chess team are competing in Regionals at Pocahontas today! Wish them luck!

The FFA has decided to combine our love of community service and love for animals and we will be observing the Betty White challenge.
If you haven’t heard what that is:
Actress Betty White would have turned 100 on January 17th of this year. Ms. White was a huge advocate for animals, animal rescue and local humane societies. There is a social media challenge for people to donate in her honor to local humane society.
Jackson County FFA will be collecting dog and cat food, and treats and monetary donations for our Jackson County Humane society and we will deliver them on January 17.
Be like J-Mack (pictured) and help out your local Humane Society! You can drop off Pet food or donation at the Ag building from 7:45-3:15! Thank you!
The Bulldogs advance to the Semifinals of the Kell Classic. Perfectly executed defensive game. Winners of 6 out of our last 7 games. We will take on the #1 seeded Rector Cougars Friday at 4:00. Continue to show up for these kids. They deserve it!

The Bulldogs complete the conference sweep against Midland last night. Great way to start the new year. Sr. Boys are back at it tonight vs. ICC in the Kell Classic. Need you there. Tip off at 8:30!
George Kell Tournament Update!
Games pick up again tonight in two locations. Due to some scheduling conflicts, the brackets for both girls and boys had to be altered just a bit and three games added tonight in Tuckerman.
