Students from the THS Career and Technical programs attended the Pack the Shack event yesterday at Newport High School. CTE students from both schools worked together to pack 31,620 meals for our community!
The Tuckerman High School Library purchased a new Oculus Quest 2 for classes and students to enjoy for both educational and extracurricular purposes!!
The THS Odyssey of the Minds teams traveled to Corning this weekend to compete. Both teams have advanced to the STATE competition placing 1st and 2nd!! Congratulations!

It was definitely worth the drive across the state this weekend because we got some outstanding results today! Forestry came in 15th, Floriculture 8th, Land 7th, and ……
Agronomy rounded it out with a 1st Place Finish!!! 🥇 🏆
There were several stand out individual achievements as well!
Wyatt Smith was 1st individual
Eli Smiltnieks was 2nd
Jesse King was 5th
Noah Young was 8th
Eden Bodeker was 13th for Floriculture and Tim Ward was 11th individual for Land!
I couldn’t be more proud of these kids hard work! A few teams have one more invitational, then onto District March 8 and hopefully a qualifying result that leads into the state contest!!!
